since we started
the Guangcai Program. Splendid achievements and great
contributions have been realized. The Program has won
positive affirmation from our national leaders. The
work has also won great attention and praises at large
from all walks of life both at home and abroad. We believe
that the spirit of Guangcai Program will be carried
forward and create more splendor and prosperity. They
will make more and new contributions to China's anti-poverty
cause, to the construction of well-off society all-round
as well as to the international poverty eradication
and peace development.
