Blood
is thicker than water. Our people live in a harmonious
family of a country. Reform and opening policy improves
the people's living standards, but the poverty of 80 million
people in former revolutionary base areas, areas inhabited
by minority nationalities, remote and border areas is
still heavy upon |
our hearts. It is each Chinese citizen's responsibility
and our splendid cause to erase absolute poverty and to carry
out the China Guangcai Program.
We, private entrepreneurs attending the 2nd
session of the 7th standing committee of National ACFIC Congress,
propose to all executive members of ACFIC at all levels, enterprisers
of standing committee, ACFIC enterprise members and all private
enterprisers: Let's set up China Guangcai Program and devote
ourselves to the Project to erase poverty with our love and
contribution.
We private sector will train 1,000 personnel
every year for former revolutionary base areas, areas inhabited
by minority nationalities, remote and border areas by inviting
their people to our enterprises and teaching them technologies
and experiences so that they can contribute to economic development
in their hometown.
We private sector will establish a project
every year for these areas to teach them technologies and
help them in manufacturing and expanding sales. We will also
develop 10 kinds of resources in these areas every year to
utilize local natural resources for mutual benefit and common
wealth.
In total, we will train 7,000 talents, establish
700 projects and develop 70 kinds of resources by the end
of this century. We will accomplish the Guangcai Program and
make contributions to narrow the gap between the poor and
the rich.
We, the initiators, promise that we will spare
no efforts to devote ourselves to the Guangcai Program. We
will implement specific projects with down-to-earth attitude
for former revolutionary base areas, areas inhabited by minority
nationalities and remote and border areas.
The birth and development of non-public economy
benefit from the Party's strategy, guideline and policies.
In the meanwhile of keep enlarging reproduction under laws
and regulations, we will join hands with people in former
revolutionary base areas, areas inhabited by minority nationalities,
remote and border areas to create wealth for common affluence
and common dreams.
