Private enterprises and the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture signed 149 project agreements with contracted investment of 203.777 billion yuan, and 105 framework agreements with intended investment of 311.541 billion yuan during a business matching-making jointly organized by the China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program and the Sichuan Government in Xichang City on August 4.

    The Prefecture also received 40.373 million yuan in donations, including 20.513 million yuan from CSPGP for supply of living facilities to the 11,821 poor population of 49 villages of 20 rural townships in Zhaojue and Meigu counties. The remainder of the donation, supplemented by the support fund of the Sichuan United Front Work Department, will be used to build a tourism demonstration village with Yi characteristics in Zhaojue.

    Over 500 entrepreneurs participated in the event, along with leaders of CSPGP, the China Guangcai Program Foundation, ACFIC, the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Sichuan and Liangshan authorities.
